Since the spiritual people chosen by the Creator is the Jewish people, He gave them the most spiritual place. Therefore, it is very important that the Jewish people physically live in the Land of Israel. It is important that other human beings encourage the Jewish people to live in the Land of Israel and give them the opportunity to live there in peace and security.
This is based on the understanding that spiritual creation of divine service, spiritual actions of the Jewish people in the Land of Israel, will cause the atmosphere of the entire world to be blessed. Therefore, humanity should encourage the Jewish people to live in the Land of Israel and ensure that they live there safely, without physical harm. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that Jews scattered around the world can immigrate to the Land of Israel and also live safely wherever they are in the world. In this way, humanity will merit blessing, the world’s atmosphere will be spiritually refined, and every person will be blessed because of the Jewish people being in the land that the Creator determined belongs to them in order to broadcast spirituality in the world. The Jewish people, through studying the Torah and observing the commandments, bestow blessing on the world. This blessing increases when the Jewish people do this from the Land of Israel.
